24 Hour Car Wash

I used the self-service car wash and found it convenient for a quick wash. The location was easy to access, and the equipment was straightforward to use. While the experience was decent overall, there are a few areas that could use better maintenance and upkeep. With some improvements, it could provide an even better experience for customers.

Very bad experience at this self-service car wash. The machine says credit card charge is $3 or $5, but it charged me $10 instead. On top of that, the shampoo was not coming out at all, so I got zero service. This is the second time this has happened to me. Charging customers without providing service is not acceptable. Please fix your machines and refund customers properly.

They need to attend to their equipment. 3rd stall wasn't working, 5th stall had a break in the hose of the scrub brush and I was getting soap sprayed on me. Towel vending machine had a quarter stuck in it.

While it is convenient with it's location, half the time there isn't even soap available. Since it's an unmanned car wash, you can't get your money back Even if something goes horribly wrong. So, unless somebody says something to you, or you sit there and pay attention to each of the bays, You have no idea if you're going to get detergents or not until after you put your money in. I believe it's $6.50 just to start up the bay use, which isn't horrible but when you're not guaranteed detergent cuz there's no indicator or not, that's not money that you freely want to just throw away to get your car wet but the pressure washer when you can just do that at home. Also, you got to be very careful when you use their brushes because I don't know what happens but it seems as though the people to last use the foaming bristle brushes decided to quarry a pit with it. I swear, you turn the foam on and you get as much gravel as you do foam. I learned this lesson the first time and will hit that bristle brush with the pressure sprayer before I let it touch my car again. So if my memory serves me correctly it has been 3 out of the last 7 (maybe more or less) visits there has there been no soap disp

Total garbage. Not clean. Half the bays are broken with either the brush not working or not taking credit cards or the lines cut. Disgusting drains not clean. It’s clear no one is maintaining this location
